Senate Bill 424 signed! Drivers are required to stop for pedestrians at all crosswalks. In Oregon, there is a crosswalk at every intersection, even if it is not painted on the road. (ORS 801.220) See a KATU video and volunteeer with Willamette Pedestrian Coalition.
